Website information and inquiries

This website describes available services and provides estimates. Submitting a form is an inquiry; it is not a purchase, a confirmed appointment, or an agreement that work has begun. We confirm the service scope, eligibility, fees, timelines and engagement terms separately before starting work.

Prices and estimates

Prices are in U.S. dollars. The $499 formation package includes $50 toward state filing. State differences, initial requirements and selected add-ons affect the estimate. New York publication costs and share-based incorporation fees may vary. Government fees can change; the final quote is confirmed before filing.

Recurring and third-party charges

The first year of registered agent service and virtual address is included in the formation package. Renewal is $120/year from year two. Government fees, taxes, tax return preparation, domain and hosting charges, and partner subscriptions are separate unless included in an agreed written scope. The $300 website and social media setup is a one-time setup fee.

Independent decisions and timing

Government agencies, banks and service providers make their own approval decisions. We do not guarantee an ITIN, bank account, payment gateway account or any particular processing time. Eligibility and documentation depend on your circumstances and the provider’s requirements.

Your information and responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying accurate information and reviewing documents before approval or submission. Please use the public inquiry form only for general information. Sensitive documents should be shared only through an agreed process.

Professional advice and separate engagements

General website content is not individualized legal or tax advice. Any professional services, filing authorization, deliverables and responsibilities are governed by the separate engagement agreed for your circumstances.

Payments, changes and cancellations

Payment arrangements, cancellation terms, refund eligibility and any non-refundable government or third-party charges will be disclosed in the service agreement before payment. This website does not process payments.

Acceptable use and ownership

Do not misuse the forms, attempt to interfere with the website, or submit unlawful material. US Formation Center branding and site materials are provided for learning about our services. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
